Nathalie Mylan Hickson.
Yoga and meditation are part of my background and I have a deep affinity to both. I trained with Heather Mason YOGAFORTHEMIND, learning breathing/pranayama, yoga asanas, meditation, therapeutic skills and neuroscience.
